The Ethiopian element of this blend imbues it with a touch of sweetness and a nuanced fruit finish. This facet is emblematically represented by our "bold".

The heart of our blend, the Timorese component, is depicted as "exotic". This lends significant notes of deep chocolate and tantalizing spice to the overall profile.

if selecting ground coffee, we do have to open to bags seal to grind the beans. We cannot store ground coffee as its shelf life and quality of coffee flavour diminishes quicker than storing whole bean.
